POOL HOURS ARE MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY 9AM - 8PM & SUNDAY 1PM - 8PM.
Policies & Rules:
The Opening and Closing dates of the Pool will be determined each year based on the condition of the Pool facility, the weather and temperature, and the amount of participant use. The final decision on actual opening and closing dates and days and hours of operation will be made by the General Manager at the General Manager’s sole discretion. The LVPOA Swimming Pool is for the exclusive use by LVPOA members who have paid the Pool fee. Members who have transferred their rights to a tenant may not use the Pool themselves unless they are otherwise entitled to member rights by virtue of ownership of other property within the platted area of the LVPOA.Entry to the Pool is by access card. Access cards will be activated only for members who have registered to use the Pool and paid the appropriate fee. Activation of cards may take two business to complete. All pool users are instructed not to admit anyone into the pool area, even if they have an access card in their possession. If their access card does not work, the cardholder should contact the LVPOA office for instructions. Under no circumstances should the gates ever be propped open. All participants are required to sign in when entering the Pool secured area. This request is made so that we may keep track of pool users and know how the Pool is being utilized by authorized members. Guests must be accompanied by a LVPOA member at all times. LVPOA members desiring to bring a guest to the Pool must accompany their guests at all times. Guests are limited to four per household. The Member must be over the age of 18 to bring a guest into the pool area, and no more than 4 guests will be allowed per Household. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older. Members are fully responsible for their conduct and the conduct of their accompanied guests during their period of use. Members will also be responsible for any and all damages to LVPOA property occurring during their period of use. The LVPOA Swimming Pool may not be used for any purpose associated with financial gain without prior approval from the Board of Directors and may never be used for illegal activities. Proper swimwear is required. No running or rough-and-tumble play allowed.
No glass containers in the Pool secured area. No alcohol permitted in the Pool secured area. No toys or games which involve throwing objects. No floats larger than 3ft x 3ft. Diving is not permitted. No Radios or CD players, unless used with personal headphones. POA staff may close the pool for any safety or maintenance reason. POA staff has the authority to enforce these rules and may remove any member who violates these rules. Members violating rules will be cited and fined as follows:
-Warning to $500 per occurrence plus damages, if any.
-Members violating a rule more than 3 times may have their privileges suspended and additional fines assessed as determined by the Board of Directors.
