Pavilion Policy & Rules:
- Each week, the LVPOA Park Ranger will post the reservation schedules at each Pavilion. For time periods not reserved, qualified
property owners/tenants may use the Pavilions on a first-come, first-served basis. The Pavilion must be vacated prior to the start of a time period that has been reserved.
- Property owners/tenants having a reservation must have the LVPOA Reservation Confirmation to verify the reservation when
asking other property owners/tenants to vacate the pavilion.
- POA member is required to contact the Ranger (512-921-8552) 30 minutes prior to arrival and 45 minutes prior to departure.(Be
prepared to provide identification upon arrival, i.e.: driver’s license)
- All vehicles entering LVPOA Parks must be identified by either a LVPOA member sticker or a guest hangtag. Guests must be
accompanied at all times by the property owner/tenant while inside LVPOA Parks.
- THE HANGTAGS & ACCESS CODE will be given at check-in by the Park Ranger on duty. Park Rangers will not be able to issue ADDITIONAL hangtags for functions reserved at the Pavilions.
- Property owners/tenants reserving a pavilion may share the issued Gate Access Code for entrance to their guests. Guests should directly seek out the Owner/Tenant to obtain a parking pass.
- The City of Lago Vista’s Noise Ordinance (8.300) should be followed at all times. LVPOA requires all music to end by 9:00 p.m.
- Glass containers are not permitted in any LVPOA park.
- Use of piñatas, confetti or confetti eggs (cascarones) is strictly prohibited.
- Members utilizing a pavilion and/or surrounding picnic tables should leave them clean and free of trash. Additional fees may apply in the event the Pavilion is not left clean and free of trash. Trash cans must be emptied and trash put into adjacent
dumpsters. Ranger will unlock dumpster during your reservation.
